DELIVERY INFORMATION

As part of your purchase, you may have requested custom delivery and installation services. Those delivery and installation services are performed by third-party delivery and installation companies.

We have worked hard to find the very best third-party companies, but it is important to know that they are not employees or agents of Croft Mattress. Should you have a dispute with one of these third-party delivery and installation companies, you must address such dispute with them directly. Croft Mattress, and all employees, are released from any damages or claims of every kind or nature, suspected or unsuspected, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

Delivery Dates. The date on your sales order is an estimate. When the product arrives at the store location, the store or the third-party delivery company will call you and establish an actual date of delivery. They will also provide you a 2 hour time window for the day of delivery.

Delivery Expectations. Someone over the age of 18 must be home to receive delivery within the 2 hour time window on the day of delivery. If no one over the age of 18 is present during the time window, the delivery will need to be rescheduled and an additional delivery fee will be charged.
