Our mattresses are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If such a defect appears during the warranty period, we will repair or replace your product, as appropriate, free of charge with an equivalent or updated model of comparable value. The guarantee is non-transferable and does not cover normal wear and tear, including body impressions less than 1”, or damage resulting from abuse, misuse, unauthorized repair or improper handling. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the owner. Our warranty will be considered null and void if the mattress is used on an inadequate foundation or frame that does not have center support in sizes larger than queen or if the mattress has not been regularly flipped and/or rotated or has been soiled.
