LOCAL DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
As part of your purchase, you may request local delivery and installation services.
These services may be performed by independent third-party delivery and installation companies that Croft Mattress has selected to serve our customers.
We work hard to partner with reliable delivery professionals; however, these third-party companies are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of Croft Mattress.
If an issue arises during delivery, please contact us so we can help direct the concern appropriately and work toward a resolution.
DELIVERY DATES
The delivery date shown on your sales order is an estimated fulfillment date and is not guaranteed.
Once your merchandise is available for delivery, the store or delivery provider will contact you to schedule an actual delivery date.
Customers will generally receive a two-hour delivery window for the scheduled day.
DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS
Someone 18 years of age or older must be present to receive the delivery during the scheduled two-hour window.
Please make sure the delivery area is accessible and ready before the delivery team arrives.
If no adult is available during the scheduled delivery window, the delivery may need to be rescheduled and an additional delivery charge may apply.
