That's why Croft and Foreverbed mattresses are handcrafted locally in Webb City, Missouri, using carefully selected North American materials and construction methods chosen for comfort, support, durability, and long-term performance.
We know what goes inside our mattresses because we are directly involved in how they're built. From individually pocketed innersprings and advanced comfort foams to premium fabrics, fibers, latex, and specialty materials used throughout our collections, every component is selected for a purpose.
HANDCRAFTED, NOT MASS PRODUCED
Mattress making is still a craft to us.
Our mattresses are built from the inside out by experienced mattress makers who cut, sew, assemble, upholster, and finish them by hand. That allows us to do something most mattress retailers simply can't: understand the construction of the product we're selling and continue servicing it long after it leaves the showroom.
Because our mattresses are handcrafted using flexible materials, slight variations in dimensions, stitching, quilting, tufting, or finish are normal and part of the handmade nature of the product.
WARRANTIES THAT REFLECT HOW WE BUILD
We build our mattresses with the expectation that they should last.
Croft mattresses include a 10-year, non-prorated limited warranty.
Foreverbed mattresses include a limited lifetime warranty for the original purchaser.
Our mattress warranties protect against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship, including defective internal components, component separation, and permanent body impressions greater than 1½ inches when measured without weight applied and while the mattress is properly supported.
Normal softening and body conformity are a natural part of upholstered products and are not manufacturing defects.
WE CAN ACTUALLY SERVICE THE MATTRESS WE SELL YOU
This may be one of the biggest differences between Croft Mattress and a traditional mattress retailer.
If your mattress develops a qualifying manufacturing defect, we don't simply hand you a manufacturer's phone number and wish you luck.
We have the ability to diagnose and professionally repair qualifying problems with the mattress.
We're connected directly to the people who know how the mattress was constructed, what is inside it, and how to service it properly.
FOREVERBED GOES EVEN FURTHER
Foreverbed was designed around a different philosophy of mattress ownership.
Every Foreverbed includes our Perfect Fit Guarantee. Beginning after your first 30 days of ownership, if your mattress needs to feel softer or firmer, your first qualifying comfort modification is complimentary.
And your options don't disappear after that.
Through our Lifetime Comfort Service, additional comfort modifications may remain available throughout your ownership for the applicable cost of materials and labor.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR MATTRESS AND IT WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU
Like any quality product, proper care matters.
Your mattress should always be used on an appropriate foundation, adjustable base, platform, or properly supported bed frame. We recommend rotating your mattress regularly, particularly during the initial break-in period, to encourage even wear.
Mattresses must also remain clean and sanitary. Damage caused by inadequate support, misuse, improper handling, liquid damage, stains, contamination, infestation, or other conditions unrelated to a manufacturing defect is not covered by the limited warranty.
Transportation, pickup, delivery, or shipping associated with warranty or comfort-service work is the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise stated.
ACCESSORY RETURNS
Unopened pillows, sheets, bed frames, mattress protectors, and other eligible accessories may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit, subject to our full Terms & Conditions.
