Traditional innersprings are made in rows and columns. Arranged in a hexagon pattern, our Honeycomb coils leave no gaps, offering much greater support and pressure relief. All mattress coils are 8" tall. Our coils have an industry leading six turns over those 8", and are electronically tempered for lasting strength and durability. These specs make our coils commercial grade, which is what makes a Foreverbed a Foreverbed. Innerspring mattresses sleep cooler than foam mattresses because air within your mattress is replaced as you move around the surface, keeping you at a comfortable sleeping temperature.
Mica Infused Cooling Fabric
Our mica-infused cooling fabric is designed to feel noticeably cool the moment you lie down. Advanced phase-change material helps absorb and manage excess body heat, while the fabric’s high thermal-transfer performance moves heat away from your body quickly. The result is a cooler, more comfortable sleep surface that helps prevent heat from building up through the night.
Comfort Layers - Serene Foam
Memory foam has obvious disadvantages. For starters, it gets harder when subjected to cold. Serene stay the same plush feel no matter the temperature of your bedroom. Even the highest quality gel memory foams sleep hotter than basic upholstery foam. Serene has a cell structure that replaces air within the cell as you move over the surface so your body heat does not build in the foam. The biggest benefit of memory foam is pressure relief, which Serene outperforms 4:1.
Comfort Layers - Isotonic+ Memory Foam
Isotonic+ memory foam is designed to deliver deep pressure relief and responsive contouring while helping reduce pressure points across the body. Its adaptive feel allows the foam to conform closely to your shape, creating a more personalized sleep surface and helping distribute weight more evenly. Isotonic+ adds a plush, cushioning layer of comfort while maintaining the support needed for a balanced feel throughout the night.
Bamboo Viscose Fiber
Foreverbed Onyxfeatures bamboo viscose fiber just beneath the fabric on the top of the mattress. Bamboo viscose is naturally soft, breathable, and moisture-wicking, helping pull moisture away from your body so it can evaporate quickly. This helps create a cooler, drier, and more comfortable sleeping environment throughout the night.
